This will include an in-depth discussion of a personalized treatment plan specifically designed to address your concerns. In addition, we will establish a home care regimen featuring professional skincare products to complement the in-house treatments.
For your satisfaction and safety, we accept returns of unopened skincare products within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt, provided they are in their original packaging. Due to sanitary considerations, opened or used products cannot be returned. Products purchased during consultations may be exchanged for store credit only. Custom skincare treatment are non-refundable.
We value your time and ask that you value ours. To secure your appointment, we require a credit card on file that we will only charge for any of the following. A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations to avoid a $100 cancellation fee of the service. No-shows will be charged in full. We understand that unexpected delays can occur, however, we will need to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to ensure the best service for all our clients.
